OHFI’s Real Estate Development Division provides the following services:
Economic & Community Real Estate Development partnerships with faith-based ministries, community development corporations (CDC), community development finance institutions (CDFI), developers (profit & non-profit), municipalities and others in the creation of catalytic mixed-use developments and housing projects.
Assist in a project’s economic analysis to include proforma creation, economic impact related to job creation/retention, and the probability of stimulating increased redevelopment and revitalization of under-invested neighborhoods and communities .
This division has an consortium of professionals in planning, design, development, leasing, marketing, property & asset management. The OHFI team strategically shapes and develops properties that feature retail, office and mixed-use components. Our expertise includes the full spectrum of commercial and residential development including planning, design, development, leasing, marketing, property and asset management.
